This is my absolute favourite mild paste. A special recipe handed down from my Granny. To cook: Vegetarian: sauté paste in a hot pan, add veggies of your choice, puffy tofu and coconut milk. Poultry or seafood: marinate in the fridge for 2 hours, skewer, then cook either over the BBQ, under the oven grill, or on the stovetop in a hot oiled pan.
Packed with locally sourced ingredients, preservatives free, no artificial colours or flavors, gluten, nut, dairy free and vegan friendly.
INGREDIENTS: Onions, Chilli, Garlic, Galangal ginger, Lemongrass, Turmeric ginger, Kaffir lime leaves, Canola Oil, Sea salt.
