Stefano's Preserves Pasta Sauce with Aubergine 530g

Creamy, comforting and very, very tasty, this carefully crafted sauce is our idea of joy! Whole black olives and oregano are a good addition and when served over spicy Italian sausages there is not need for much else except good bread. Try adding to a pizza base and top simply with fresh herbs and cheese.
