I love crab like nobody else. Though this sauce has no crab at all, it's the most versatile jar you can ever have in your pantry. Use it as a sauce for your seafood, or roll up your sleeves and stir fry. 1kg of cleaned and cracked mud crab or prawns, in a hot wok of couple of tablespoons of oil, stir fry your seafood, now add the whole jar of Singapore chilli crab sauce, on the side,2 cups of water with a little cornflour, crack 2 eggs, beat them, and jiggle that mix in and simmer. Shouldn't take too long, Dress it up with salt, pepper, coriander, sliced red chilli, and some lime. You've just made yourself the most iconic dish in the world.
