Online Orders/Shipping



The easiest way to order from us is to purchase via our online store. Once you have processed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.


Click and Collect

You can opt to collect you order - simply chose the pick up option at the checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.


Our small team works hard to pack your order as quickly as possible, however please be aware that we are located in rural NSW and that freight times can vary. 

In order to ensure that your order gets to you as quickly as possible we drive our parcels to Newcastle twice a week (usually Tuesday and Friday) for posting. This means there may be a delay in shipping but transit time will be shorter and more reliable.

Be assured that we are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and to ensure that you have the best possible customer experience when shopping with us.  

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email from us with the tracking number and a link to track your order. If you have any problems tracking your order please Contact Us .

Once your parcel leaves our hands we have no control over the time taken for Australia Post to get it to you, however we will always work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

What are the postage fees?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10
