A gift pack of 3 of our unique varietal honeys, all sourced from hives placed amongst the unique flora and fauna of the Hunter Valley. 

Hunter Valley Honey is raw and unpasteurized, retaining all of the benefits of pure honey.

Our varietal honeys have been sourced by strategically placing the hives - the honeys produced by placing hives in or close to particular stands of trees and shrubs are pure honey.

Honeycomb is cut fresh from the hive –  most of the powerful enzymes from the bees are in the honeycomb.

Orange Blossom honey comes primarily from flowers of the orange blossoms from orange trees, but can be from a combination of citrus sources, is usually light in colour and mild in flavour with a fresh scent and light citrus taste.

Salvation Jane is light coloured and has a delicate aroma and taste.

Tea Tree Honey has a deep caramel aroma and a dry menthol aftertaste. A highly differentiated, slightly astringent honey with distinctive and a delicious bold flavour.

Macadamia Honey is a delicious and unique honey derived from the blossoms of the Australian macadamia tree. . Rich golden brown in colour and with a pleasing aroma, this honey is great to eat on its own.
